So since my mom & I started our little deal, I’ve lost a quarter inch off the thickest part
I never want to be tiny & frail. I never want to worry about not being able to protect myself or breaking my hip bone when I’m an old lady. I want to be able to take care of myself. I want my body & muscles to speak for me: “I value myself, so don’t you dare doubt my worth.” I want to be on old lady that skydives with her great grandchildren, or hikes up the Rockies with her husband. I want to kick fucking ass. And kick fucking ass is what I’m going to do.
1. Weight loss = calories burned > calories consumed.
2. 3500 calories = 1lb fat
3. The recommended healthy amount of fat to lose = 1-2lbs per week.
If you aim to lose more, your weight loss is too fast. The faster you lose weight, the more likely you’ll gain it back, and faster.
Did a KILLER leg workout tonight! Then came home & did Ab Ripper X… oooh yeah. It will be interesting to see which is more sore tomorrow; my legs or abs? Either way.. the pain is going to feel sooo good!

I calculated my BMR & AMR today!! I’ve been eating under my BMR (oops) so that changed starting today. My BMR is appr. 1462 & my AMR is 1920. Glad to finally understand what all that means!
